Sorry I haven’t posted in a while everyone, I have been doing some mentoring and it is NFL time in the US here, and I still do Fantasy Football Drafts… yeah, I know… anyway, back to making money for me and hopefully for you guys.

There is one hard and fast rule in generating income for your website: A steady flow of website traffic.  If no one goes to your site, there is no chance of generating any income.  Many sites have tried and failed in doing so, and these results in the websites demise.  It takes money to maintain an income generating site; you may have also heard before that it also takes money to make money.

BUT, it doesn’t take a truckload of cash to generate website traffic for your site.

Ever wonder how big sites drive traffic to their site?  Most of them are spending tons of money to drive the traffic to their sites, investing in many advertising campaigns and different forms of marketing schemes and gimmicks.  This is all worthwhile because, well, they are what they are now, high earning, big hitting websites.

You don’t have to do this if you don’t really have their resources.  There are many ways to generate low cost website traffic without having to spend what you don’t have or can’t afford.  Many people have banked on high cost methods and have ended up losing their shirt over it.

Here I present to you 5 quick ways to generate low cost website traffic that could help your site a whole lot. Even if you only get a small percentage of successful visitors to convert (which is common with adult) it still works, especially if you get a big amount of website traffic.

Exchange Links

This is a sure and proven method.  Rarely would you see a site where there is no link to another site. Many webmasters are willing to exchange links with one another so that they could produce more public awareness about their sites.  You’ll soon see and feel the sudden upsurge of the traffic coming in to your site from other sites.  This goes both ways though!

A major prerequisite in exchanging links with other sites is having the same niche or content as the other site.  They “should” share a common subject so that there is continuity in the providing of service and information to what interests your target traffic.

Exchanging links also boosts your chances of getting a high ranking in search engine results.  It is common knowledge that search engines ranks high sites that have inbound  theme-related links.  With a good ranking position in the search engines, you will generate more traffic to your website without the high costs.

Traffic Exchange

This is like exchanging links but on a different level.  This may cost a bit more than exchanging or trading links but could be made cheaper because you get to earn credits.  You can use those credits when viewing others traffic, while you earn credits when someone views yours.

Traffic exchange services are the viewing of another’s site or page.  This is done vice versa where a site can use your sites contents and so can you to his or her site.  You both benefit from each others efforts to generate traffic.  The other sites visitors can go to your pages and learn more about your site as well as theirs.  Once again the public awareness of your sites existence is boosted.

Write and Submit Articles

First off, I hate this!!  But it is important.  There are many e-zines and online encyclopedias on the internet which provide free space for articles to be submitted.  If you want to save costs, but don’t mind spending the time you can do the articles yourself.  There are many freelance writers who are willing to write for you for a small fee, but to save money, it is wise to do those articles yourself.

Write articles that are themed along with the niche of your site.  Write something that you have expertise on so that when people read it, they can feel your knowledge about the subject and will be eager to go to your site.  Write articles that produce tips and guidelines to the subject or niche your site has.

Include a resource box at the end of your article that can link them to your site.  Write a little about yourself and your site.  If you provide a light, information-laden and interesting article, people will go to your site for more.

Create a Newsletter

This may sound like hard work because of all the articles you may need to use to build a newsletter but on the contrary, it is not.   There are many writers and sites that are willing to provide free articles as long as they can get their name in your newsletter.  This will also provide free advertising for them as well. (Part of link exchange)

As your newsletter gets pass around, you can widen your public awareness and build an opt-in list that can regularly visit your site.  I use Aweber.

Join Online Communities and Forums

This only requires your time and nothing else.  You can share your knowledge and expertise with many online communities as well as your website.  You can get free advertising when you go to forums that have the same subject or niche with your site.

Share your two cents and let them see how knowledgeable you are about the subject.  As you build your reputation, you also build the reputation of your site, making it a reputable and honest business that could be frequented and trusted by many people.

Again, these are free and take alot of time to get moving on, but the benefits can be ridiculous!

With the aid of the Internet, you can almost have everything right at your fingertips.  With just a few clicks you get access to thousands and even millions of pieces of information and data on virtually any field of interest.  As years pass by, the Internet continues to effect radical changes in many facets of human endeavors, including commerce.  Experts say that the world wide web, grows by over a million pages everyday as more and more people utilize the Internet for information, education, entertainment, business and other personal reasons.  It doesn’t take a business-oriented individual to realize that this phenomenon can bring about sky-high financial gains.  The Internet’s fast-growing popularity in the recent years is surely an opportunity for business that any entrepreneur would not want to miss.

You might be thinking only businessmen or marketing minded individuals can make money from affiliate marketing, right?  Think again.  You too can earn big bucks through the Internet even if you don’t have products to sell and high-profile and established company.  How?  That is through affiliate marketing.  I am sure you have come across these words while surfing the net.  Affiliate marketing is a revenue share between a merchant and an affiliate who gets paid for referring or promoting the merchants’ products and services.  It is one of the fastest growing industries nowadays because it is proven to be cost-efficient and quantifiable means of attaining great profit both for the merchant and the affiliate and other players in the affiliate program, such as the affiliate network or affiliate solution provider.

Affiliate marketing works effectively for the merchant and the affiliate.  To the first, he gains opportunities to advertise his products to a larger market, which increases his chances to earn.  The more affiliate websites or hard-working affiliates he gets, the more sales he can expect.  By getting affiliates to market his products and services, he is saving himself time, effort and money in looking for possible markets and customers.  When a client clicks on the link in the affiliate website, purchases the product, recommends it to others who look for the same item or buys it again, the merchant multiplies his chances of earning.  On the other hand, the affiliate marketer benefits from each customer who clicks on the link in his website and who actually purchases the product or avails of the service provided by the merchant.  In most cases, the affiliate gets commision per sale, which can be fixed percentage or fixed amount.   So, how many times have you visited an adult website and “not” scrolled down to see the webmasters page?  Stop doing that!

If you want to be an affiliate marketer and make fortunes out of the Internet, you may follow the following three most basic and easy steps to start an effective affiliate marketing program.

First is to identify a particular thing you are interested in or passionate about so you won’t be bored and forced to develop your affiliate web site later on.  Focusing on a specific area you know very well will help you bring out your best without much risks and effort. This is called selecting your niche…  You can add a personal touch to your site and give your visitors who are possible buyers an impression that you are an expert in your field.  In this way, you gain their trust and eventually encourage them to buy the products you endorse.

Next is to look for good paying merchants and products or services related to your interest and create now a website.  In choosing the products, you must also consider its conversion rate—the number of visitors-turned-buyers.  There are various affiliate networks and affiliate solution providers that can give you info on the most profitable products and best paying merchants.  The key here is, be wise enough to choose the right one.

Now that you have decided where to concentrate, have chosen the products to endorse and the merchant you are supporting and have created your own web site with top level domain name and reliable hosting, you are ready to promote.  This is a crucial task, since it is through this that you would be able to increase traffic to the business website, sales and of course, profit.  In affiliate marketing, it is possible to earn large sums of money in a short span of time especially when you’re endorsing high-priced items or highly desirable items… like PORN!! Expensive products are hard to sell; however, with the right marketing strategies and sales techniques, you can draw visitors to the merchant’s site and make them buy the products.  How to promote the products, though, would need a separate discussion.  Continue to educate yourself by reading books like my ebooks or other articles online about the best advertising techniques.

Keep in mind, there is no simple and quick path towards success.  Affiliate marketing may seem very tempting due to numerous encouraging testimonials of merchants and affiliate marketers alike who have benefited from it, but it entails great deal of hard work and persistence.  Likewise, you need to be creative, flexible and willing to embrace new ideas to market your partners’ products until you find the perfect strategy that works for a specific market that you are targeting.  Neither signing up for an affiliate program nor copying ads and leading others towards the merchants’ site doesn’t guarantee success yet.  Many affiliate marketers fail to understand this, so when they don’t make sales, they quit, look for other programs and repeat the same mistake.   This is fine because there are less sharks in the water, I just want you to be one of the sharks that stays…  In the end, those people that gave up conclude that affiliate marketing is just one of those scams in the Internet.  Even as you sleep, you can work your way to great financial success if you employ the right strategies in affiliate marketing.  Be creative, be smart and surely, you’ll achieve your goals.

Sell Porn And Continually Growing Your Affiliate Checks

The promise of earning profits without really doing much of anything has enticed a lot of people towards affiliate marketing.  But does affiliate marketing really work this way?

As an affiliate, all that is required of you is to simply place the merchant’s ad on your website.  Then after that, you virtually do nothing but wait for anyone to click on the merchant’s ad and later collect your profits.  Easy, right?  Well, not quite often.  Many affiliates earn almost nothing from their affiliate programs simply because they do nothing.  Remember that affiliate marketing is but another form of marketing, and you’ll definitely need to market your merchant’s product for you to earn something.

Successful affiliates in any affiliate program simply don’t sit there and wait for money to come.  Why?  Because there is no money in simply sitting and waiting.  If you want to be successful in affiliate marketing and if you want to continually grow your affiliate checks, you’ve got to do something.  Think of ways on how to promote your merchant’s business and products better.  Think of ways on how to induce other people to click on the link or ad provided to you by your merchant.  Think of ways on how to make your affiliate sales increase!

So if you’re new in affiliate marketing and you try to follow the easy go lucky pit that most unsuccessful affiliate marketers follow, then you’re definitely on the wrong track.  But we’re not advising you to stop right there.  No.  Rather, we want you to take some steps to make your affiliate program work better and gain more commissions for you.  How?  Here are a few guidelines that may help you to continually grow your affiliate checks:

* Become an expert on your affiliate product.

You can promote your merchant’s product better if you know a lot of things about it.  To become an expert, the best thing you can do is purchase your merchant’s product yourself.  This way, you can tell your customers about your first-hand experience using the product.  You can even write a testimonial or a personal endorsement ad about it.  But if any condition does not permit you to purchase the product, you can at least make a thorough research about it.

* Host your own website.

Or at least have a domain name that is short and easy to remember.  You certainly wouldn’t expect a visitor to remember a very long and incomprehensible URL.  And if that’s so, you also wouldn’t expect him to visit your website any time soon.  That means less traffic for your page and the less chance for your affiliate ads and links to be clicked.

It is also a good idea to create a private website and offer access to it to anybody who clicks on any of your affiliate ads.  Visitors usually get interested with these private websites.  Private websites also gives you a venue to promote your back-end affiliate products.

* Write your own affiliate ads.

Many merchants usually wouldn’t mind if you write and design your own ads for their products, for as long as you ask permission from them and present them your ad before posting it on your site.  This gives you a greater advantage over a lot of other affiliates who must be advertising the same affiliate products.

* Participate in chat rooms, discussion boards, and forums related to your product.

If you use to ignore them before, then it is time for you to start focusing your attention on them.  You can start your own chat or join an existing chat related to your product.  You don’t have to promote your affiliate product at once, but find the chance to advertise and promote it as you go along.  The same would be true for message boards, discussion boards and forums.

* Create a free ezine or newsletter.

Ezines and newsletters are periodical publications whose aim is to inform a group of people about a certain subject.  In your ezines and newsletters, you don’t always have to promote your merchant’s product for this may greatly annoy your subscribers.  Rather, find a way to insert your affiliate ads and links on some portions of the letter.  Also, don’t forget to promote your ezine or newsletter on your website.

These are but a few guidelines on how you can increase your affiliate sales and continually grow your affiliate checks.  Sure there can be a lot of other tips that out there, and if you think they would work, we won’t discourage you from following them.  What’s important is that you be able to find a way to: attract more traffic to your site, induce your visitors to click on the ads on your site, and be able to promote your merchant’s products even outside the boundary of your website.  If you can do these, there’s no reason for you to fail in affiliate marketing.

Sell More Porn With Expired Domain Names

One of the greatest difficulties in being a new webmaster is trying to acquire traffic.  This is because trying to build legitimate traffic requires both time and money.  How is this so?  Well, if a webmaster is trying to obtain traffic through search engines, they will need to spend a great deal of time with link-building and content creation.  If they are trying to get traffic through a pay-per-click program, they will have to invest hundreds to thousands of dollars if they want to take advantage of a high-performance keyword.  However, there is another alternative that can allow a webmaster to get tons of traffic without having to invest too much in time or money.  It involves purchasing expired domain names.

What is an expired domain name?  An expired domain name is a domain name that never got renewed by its owner.  This could be for a variety of reasons such as disinterest in the original website, lack of funds or something more serious, such as an owner’s death.  Whatever the reason when the renewal fees aren’t paid, the expired domain name sits out in cyberspace still functioning as any other domain name.  There is just one difference… an expired domain name doesn’t have a website attached to it, so it instead points to a 404 error page.

Indeed, it is a waste of traffic when an expired domain name points to a 404 web page.  Many domain name companies have realized this, which is why quite a few sell expired domain names either through a regular, upfront sale or through an expired domain name auction.   The prices for these domain names can range from less than $100 to over $1 million.  Some of these sales may even include a website.

So, how does a webmaster know if an expired domain name is worth buying?  First, they need to check to see the Google page rank of an expired domain name.  To do this they need to download Google’s toolbar and then type in the URL of the expired domain name.  The toolbar will then let them know what the page rank is.  If the page rank indicator is gray, the expired domain name must be avoided since this means the site has been banned by Google.  Otherwise, it should be okay, though webmasters should also take into consideration the actual number associated with the page rank.  If the number is between 6 and 10, they should strongly consider buying the expired domain name.
Secondly, webmasters need to find out the Alexa rating of an expired domain name.  The Alexa rating determines how much traffic has actually gone to a domain name.  If a website has not received a significant amount of traffic, it will not have an Alexa rating.  To determine the Alexa rating for an expired domain name, webmasters need to visit Alexa.com.

Finally, webmasters need to see how many websites are linking to the expired domain name.  To do this they need to put the command link: followed by the URL of the expired domain name into a search engine.  If a lot of links are returned, this is a sign that the traffic coming to the expired domain name originated from legitimate sources.

Can You Make Money with Adult Pay Per Click Affiliate Programs?

Yes, you can make money with adult pay per click affiliate programs. I know because I get checks every month from them. These types of affiliate programs have a bad reputation for not paying webmasters and accusing them of cheating the system. So I do recommend that you stick with trusted sponsors and follow the affiliate guidelines and terms of the sponsor and you can make money quickly.

Remember a sponsor has to make money from the traffic that you are sending in order to pay you, so remember to follow the following guidelines.

Adult Pay Per Click Guidelines That Will Make Sure You Get A Check!

(1) Don’t send fake traffic generated from hitbots, redirects, friends clicking on links and software generating automatic hits, it won’t work. Same as with any other PPC system.

(2) Don’t spam via email. This will result in instant cancellation of your account. Same as with any other PPC system.

(3) Don’t send traffic from non-english speaking websites unless your sponsor allows it. Most non-english speaking traffic is of little or no value to your sponsor. Chances are if you are reading this you speak english and should stick with what you know. Same as with any other PPC system.

(4) Don’t send your junk traffic, example: multiple exit consoles, traffic that was generated from a pop up that was generated from another pop up. These are multiple pop up windows that the surfer will be annoyed with and close them as fast as possible resulting in no profits generated for you or your affiliate sponsor. I send my sponsors decent traffic and I make money. You can do this simply with Text Links, Banner Ads, or even in Thumbnails! This is where you can really profit. Think about putting one of these links in every TGP you create!!

Most affiliate programs value productive webmasters. Keep in touch with your sponsor. If he or she doesn’t answer or respond to your questions, find another program fast! This is not a good sign, trust me. A good sponsor will take the time to keep a good relationship with it’s webmasters. I always email them for a phone contact so I get get to know them and if there is a problem work it out with them.

One of my most trusted adult sponsors is Cash Earners.  I have had a productive relationship with them for over a year and have been paid on time every month.

Follow the rules and start making money today!

Make Money Using Quality Content to Get Traffic

Using content to get subscribers, prospects, build reputations and get traffic to your blogs can be very powerful… but ONLY if done right!

We are not talking about content on your own blogs here, but rather posts and content that you use on other sites to promote yours.

In school, we are all taught to always finish a story with a closing paragraph and so when we start writing to promote ourselves online, we do just that, complete with a close. Let us ask you this (actually quoted from a good Australian friend of ours named Dean)…

“If you close your content, wouldn’t that satisfy the reader’s appetite in such a way that that there was no need for them to go any further.”

In other words, why would they need to take action on anything and search for further information about the topic if you already gave it to them?

We thought about this a lot and the more we did, the more it made sense. Your content needs to be crafted in such a way that if a reader wants a closing paragraph, then why shouldn’t we link to it so the reader has to take the action we want (such as visit our site).

Some of our favorite movies are those which don’t finish with a happy ending. No, we are not masochists but they finish in such a way that leaves us wondering whether there’s going to be a next installment. It’s like you’ve built to a crescendo and the hero appears to have won but the last scene reveals something sinister brewing beneath the surface. Then the end credits roll and we all think…

“What the…????”

We want to know what happens; we want to know more but we’re going to have to wait until version 2 hits the big screen. With your content, the reader doesn’t need to wait because there are a couple of live links in our content with specific call to action instructions they can click on to find out more. And that’s exactly what we want them to do… isn’t it?

We are not saying you should finish your content in such a way that it doesn’t make sense but instead do it in a way to entice the reader to take a look out of curiosity at what we have got to offer.

There is a fine line between readers just reading content as opposed to reading and clicking through and that fine line in our opinion is the closing paragraph. Yes, the entire content itself needs to be interesting enough for them to continue reading but if they get to the end then you can be rest assured they were interested.  Post borrowed from http://www.johncow.com/

Make Money Selling Porn with Free Traffic

I’m not going to hold your hand and make money for you… I can point you in the right direction though.

There are so many freakin’ ways to get free traffic out there that it should be illegal.  The best part is you can send it to your website or directly to affiliate offers. These ideas are relatively old, but many people still don’t know the basics.  People have made millions of dollars using classified sites like Craigs List and Gumtree, but there are plenty of other locations for it.  Start thinking about where people go on the internet for free…

Facebook, MySpace, YouTube… yeah no brainers right?

Have you thought about utilizing forums?  There are like hundreds of thousands of niche forums and blogs out there nowadays.  All you have to do is dig into the ones that have potential.  The key is not to look like a newbie and spam the hell out of them.  If these blogs or forums are in your niche, then you should probably visit and learn from them often.   Post like 30 times before you start mentioning your product or service.  And no, I don’t mean posting 30 times per night.  Get involved, become a regular.  All of the sudden your credibility is there and when you drop a hint or link to a product, it doesn;t look like spam.  Again, I am not suggesting you should visit Asian MILF Forums or Teen Blog’s if you have no interest in those niches…  Stick with what you know and what you like.  You can be an expert that way.

The same with social sites like Facebook.  Become a member of a number of groups, add alot of friends and don’t spam at first… then when the time is right… kapow!!!  Hammer those links and make some money.

Hope this helps.  If all else fails, talk to your affiliate managers about idea starters.  They are there to help you!
