Selling Porn doesn’t mesh with Aweber
January 16th, 2009Aweber is an email marketing program that I actually liked and recommended to people!! Unfortunately, I received this yesterday.
Trent,
It has been brought to our attention that you are
using your AWeber account to promote adult-related
websites and merchandising.
“Pornography and sex-related merchandising are
prohibited on any AWeber Systems server. AWeber
Systems will be the sole arbiter as to what
constitutes a violation of this provision.”
Due to this, the account has been terminated and
cannot be reopened.
Not sure what took them so long to figure out that I was dealing with porn, obviously not that bright. Oh well. Off to find a new provider

Companies usually only terminate you if they receive a complaint. If not, they would rather earn your money
